Should that wall look that way???

OK, so I went to check out the house a 2nd time today with a contractor, and the foundation on the south side of the house is bowing... I knew this but didn't know why, it turns out that the soil that the house is built on is really clay, this clay takes in water and expands... The house has so much of a bow that the wall would need to be removed and replaced... not an easy or cheap task

So back to the drawing board on finding a place... I have a few short sells to call now.
